The energy market is going through perhaps its biggest ever change with the drive towards more sustainable energy sources. Rowena joined the team in July 2010 after setting up and managing an engineering recruitment business for 4 years. Rowena offers a unique insight into the business, having used online job boards for many years, and is able to share her knowledge of what really works for clients and candidates in the online job market.

Rowena is very interested in the power of online media, and when not in front of her laptop screen enjoys weekends in the motorhome, walking and skiing.

Rowena had an unusual double celebration this year by getting married and becoming a proud grandma all in the space of a couple of months!
