A new report, commissioned by Scottish Renewables and Scottish Enterprise, has today provided an insight into the potential impact of offshore wind on the Scottish economy.

This first comprehensive study of its kind outlines the potential impact of offshore wind and suggests this relatively new industry could generate 28,000 offshore wind jobs for the industry directly, with a further 20,000 roles created through related employment sectors; all in the next ten years.
